The Congress of the Youth Union Chapter of the Management Board of the bays belonging to the Cat Ba Archipelago is a highly significant event in the development of the Youth Union's work of this unit. It also marks a new step in enhancing the effectiveness of the activities of the youth organization in the locality. The Cat Ba Archipelago is not only famous for its pristine natural beauty but also plays an important role in the system of bays and the ecological protection of the northern coastal region of Vietnam.
